EPCOR is a Part 145 maintenance organisation approved by EASA and the FAA. EPCOR was the first company ever that was evaluated jointly by the JAA and FAA during a "first
issue" during start up.
EPCOR meets audit criteria with evaluations that place us in the top ranks of certified companies. This ranking is continued in 2007 where EPCOR has
been ranked by the CAA as company with the lowest risk level. We are very proud of this accomplishment. |

EPCOR's mission is to be the preferred repair services supplier of Environmental Control Systems of 100+-seat aircraft.
Per April 2007 EPCOR is an authorized
Honeywell Airline Approved Repair Centre for APU types 131-9, 36-150, 331-350 and 331-500.
Our products will be delivered in compliance with standards and customer
requirements, on schedule and at a cost consistent with profitable operation of our business. |

We will accomplish this mission by performing all processes in accordance with our Quality Management System through a cooperative culture using our greatest assets: empowered
integrated teams focused on customer value and continuous improvement. Therefore EPCOR is proud to be able to say it is also certificated since February 2003, and going a level deeper
AS/EN9110 since april 2007. Working in accordance and maintaining ISO 9001:2000 is an important part of our commitment to quality products for our customers. It is the policy of EPCOR
to create, sustain and improve an environment that encourages the problemsolving, develops cross-functional teamwork and involves employees at all levels in the pursuit of continuous
improvement through our Epcor for Quality (E4Q) program. |
| E4Q is a quality and productivity improvement program containing Lean Six Sigma and Six Sigma elements. E4Q puts quality first, in everything we do. When quality is
set, productivity follows. E4Q simplifies, makes processes reliable, predictable and repeatable. |

Finally, EPCOR is not satisfied until its workplace is free from hazards, its employees are injury free, its products and services are safe and its commitment and records
in protecting the natural environment are unmatched. To reach this goal, EPCOR is currently completing its Environment, Health & Safety program which includes all key elements
of ISO14001 and corporate Standard Practices. |
